Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping costs and times vary depending on the shipping method you choose between those available and the destination.

Shipment can be subject to duties in the following countries:
Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, the Philippines, Japan, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Iceland, Israel, Kuwait, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Norway, New Zealand, Singapore, Spain (Ceuta / Melilla) , Spain (Canary Islands), United States, Switzerland, Tahiti, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey.

These taxes are established by the customs of the destination country and remain the sole responsibility of the user.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

European Union:

FREE – DELIVERY on orders over Eur 60/£51 from any EU countries otherwise Eur 9

International Delivery Charges (Non European Union countries):

Free delivery on orders over Eur100/£85  otherwise Euro 20

Please note that all orders made from customers outside the EU are now eligible for VAT exemption of 22%

All International orders are sent with either FedEx depending on location, using a fully trackable service and will require a signature on delivery.

Prices

All prices listed are in Euro and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices (and/or) special offers at any time without prior notice.

 

Purchasing

You can place your order as a “guest” or by creating an account: this second option offer you the possibility to easily track your order and checks all records regarding your previous purchases.

Once you have selected the articles of clothing you wish to purchase, specifying size and colour chosen, you can view your complete order in the Shopping Trolley (Cart) .
In the Shopping Trolley you will find:
– An overview of selected products: indications of size, colour, quantity. At this point you can still add, delete or edit the selected products.
– Shipping costs: indicating the amount of any shipping costs.
– Methods of Payment Accepted
VISA,MASTERCARD, MAESTRO,AMERICAN EXPRESS, PAYPAL
During the completion of the order, you will be asked by the handler of our payments for details to complete the transaction.
Once you have completed payment you will receive an email confirmation with your order number, details of the individual items, the type of payment chosen and the procedure to be followed in case of returns.
The amount you spend will be charged only to your credit card upon shipment.

ORDER STATUS
You can track your order directly in the personal area (providing you created an account):
– In Process: The order is being handled in our warehouse.
– Confirmed: The order has been fully processed and is ready to ship.
– Shipped: As soon as your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email with the fiscal document and the shipping tracking id.

Upon delivery please check that the number of parcels is correct and that they are not damaged. In case of any problems please tell us what happened at info@three-stroke.co.uk
If at the time of delivery, at the address indicated, there is no one to receive the order and sign the receipt, the courier will leave a notice to schedule a new delivery date.

In the event there are any mistakes in the shipping address given, we ask that you promptly contact our customer service department at the address info@three-stroke.co.uk

Change Order

In the event you are not satisfied, you can return any product purchased without having to specify the reason.

Returns and Refunds

Should you not be satisfied with the purchase
You can return items purchased within 14 days of delivery date:

1. Make sure that the articles of clothing are in the same condition in which you received them, with labels and tags attached.
2. Send an email to customer service (info@ three-stroke.co.uk ), indicating the order number and reference codes of the products you want to return.
3. Upon receipt of the mail, we will notify you how to proceed with the return shipment.
4. The garments you wish to return must be shipped within 14 days in the same condition in which they were received, with the relative packaging and documents, in their original, intact packaging.

You will receive a chargeback of costs of each garment returned.
Shipping charges for returns are charged to the customer.

Should the goods be faulty
You can return the items purchased within 14 days from the delivery date:

1. Make sure that the articles of clothing are in the same condition in which you received them, with labels and tags attached.
2.Send an email to customer service (info@three-stroke.co.uk ), indicating the order number and reference codes of the products you want to return.
3. Upon receipt of the mail, we will notify you how to proceed with the return shipment.
4. The garments you wish to return must be shipped within 14 days in the same condition in which they were received, with the relative packaging and documents, in their original, intact packaging intact.

The shipping and return costs will be covered by Three Stroke Productions.

Once we receive your return we will check the articles of clothing returned to determine that they are in the exact same condition in which they were shipped.
If they are found to comply, we will send you an email with the confirmation of acceptance of the return and within 14 days, you will receive a chargeback for the goods sold.
Any shipping fees paid at the time of the order are not refundable.

To return an item to Three Stroke Productions please fill out your returns form, which is attached to the invoice you received and post your unsuitable item(s) back to us within 14 calender days of receiving your order.
Please note: All items returned to us must be in the original condition and packaging in which they were sold. When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
